The Employment Training Panel (ETP) program is the perfect solution for California companies seeking to increase productivity while enhancing employee satisfaction. Since 1983, ETP has awarded more than $1 billion dollars to California companies for employee training. Its focus is developing high-skill, high-wage and secure jobs in support of the competitive challenges companies are facing today in a high-tech, global market.
Companies may participate in the ETP program with Edustone through the Multi-Employer Contract (MEC) or the Single-Employer Contract (SEC). The ETP awards the MEC to learning institutions, which in turn train any number of companies under the one contract. The ETP awards the SEC to a company for internal training of their employees only.
